Other than project management played role of liaison between government, other vendors and other stake holders. E-governance website of State PWD ( West Bengal), Department of Fisheries (West Bengal).Prepared project SRS, analysed working logic , maintained delivery schedule.

Working in IAP's payroll deployed to client at National Consumer Redresal Commission as a part at Nationwide eGovernance Project ( NeGP). State Commission , West Bengal was my client place. I had to manage 23 other resources deployed at each districts. From the second quarter West Bengal state became model state in this country. It continued. It was extensive experience to work with geographically diversified team and with other Government agencies (NIC) and Bureaucrats.

Client facing implementation of System ( Windows based server) and security solution.Role - Responsible for Presales demonstration, post implementation presentation, hands on implementation, delivery documentation (technical). Team size varies from 4-6 .Worked with enterprise clients like Oil India, GSI , Ambuja cement etc.
