I assisted on large UK and International M&A transactions with a focus on the Oil and Gas sector and USA led acquisitions for large USA conglomerates. I was also part of the India group at Eversheds and was the key India contact for the north of England. I spent 6 months working in Delhi and Mumbai at one of India’s largest law firms as a part of this role and regularly visited India on business development trips.
