He has 17+ years of experience in leading various large scale technology program implementation. Including 7+ years of experience in nurturing social innovation ecosystem In India. At DISQ he coaches early-stage social entrepreneurs towards sustainable & scalable impact. Nurtures young innovators during their journey from problem to solution fit and product market fit while launching their tech based social enterprise. He focuses on ecosystem development, partnership to accelerate journey of early stage start-ups at DISQ.His experience includes Kumbhathon initiative, Kumbha Mela is one of the largest human gathering on the planet. Kumbhathon platform implemented innovations to solve some of the important problems faced in Kumbha Mela. He is Co-Founder & CEO of Kumbhathon Innovation Foundation, which started in association with Dr Ramesh Raskar from MIT Media Lab, Boston to solve important challenges faced in Nashik Kumbh Mela in 2015. He along with Kumbhathon team implemented 10+ innovations while engaging with 1000+ innovators in Nashik kumbha Mela by creating Nashik as a social innovation ecosystem along with global scientists, local administration, academia , industry , NGOs etc.
