Involved in New laboratory set up and Commissioning of New lab equipment, method set up, validation as per licensors specifications. Create and Develop Mandatory and NonMandatory Documentation as per ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025:2017 standards.  Good experience in Technical evaluation, selection & Installation of Testing and Processing Equipment’s. Master data preparation of Raw materials, In-process materials and Final Products certification in SAP. Prepare CAPEX and OPEX budgets of annual required items as per consumption plan. Manpower, material management and round the clock monitoring of QA/QC activities in Elastomers laboratory.Refinery Laboratory (From 2011 to 2017)Designation: QAQC OfficerReporting to: Chemist / Sr. Chemist Excellent experience and Good exposure in Refinery laboratories work. Create and Develop Mandatory and NonMandatory Documentation as per ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025:2017 standards. Creating and updating documented information (Maintain - Retain) included:Procedures, SOPs, Work Instructions and Records Round the clock product monitoring, Timely Certified tanks as per Business planning and Provide COA to Surveyor for product loading on Jetty without dely. Deviation product to be Blocked and release after Concession or Blending conformation from Business. Refinery Product Certification of Aviation Turbine Fuel (Commercial and Civil), Alkylate, High Speed Diesel (Domestic & Export), Motor Gasoline/Spirit (Domestic & Export), Furnace Oil, CBFS, Naphtha PCN / FRN, LPG, poly Propylene, Petcoke and Sulphur. Petrochemical Product Certification of Benzene, Toluene, Para Xylene, Reformate and Polypropylene. Round the clock Raw material monitoring of Crude, VGO, Methanol, PDEB and Utility Chemicals. Expertise in SAP (Quality module) for refinery In-bound for refinery RM and Out-bound for finished productProcess. Proficiency testing program follow with ASTM & Energy Institute. Master data maintain / preparation of refinery product certification. Export product (Customer Specific) specifications are uploading and maintain in SAP as per business plan. Maintain and updating Inventory consumption record and Smooth chemical procurement process establishthrough staggered delivery. .
