1. Run and ensure the production process with standard parameters and Work Instructions that have been set and make related production reports (output, material usage, waste and abnormal processes) on the extrusion machine process2. Check and ensure the availability of man power, work equipment and every arrival of materials and factory supplies production from the warehouse3. Perform problem solving and troubleshooting related to process abnormality and communicate to other supervisors and to the manager regarding the findings of problems in the extrusion machine process.4. Coordinate the implementation of 5S (Sort, Set In order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and safety to all production personnel and ensure the preventive maintenance (PM) process is carried out according to schedule.5. Create production report and assist implementation related to KPI achievement in Extruder Production Department.6. Ensure and run the production process that focuses on maximum production output, quality according to standards and safety of the production team.

1. Evaluate and report the progress of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) achievement in the Reinforced Material Department. 2. Checking and monitoring of production materials, waste & production process abnormalities. 3. Provide daily, weekly and monthly production progress reports to the Manager. 4. Plan, coordinate and review the work of each production team leader. 5. Monitor, review, and analyze the production flow process to improve continuous improvement/ kaizen. 6. Monitor and coordinate with internal and external departments for the completion and supervision of ISO/TS 16949, CAPA (Corrective Action - Preventive Action), SML ISO 14001:2004, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), QCC (Quality Control Circle) certification processes. 7. Supervise and facilitate SOP (Standard Operational Procedure), WI (Working Instruction), OEE (Overall Equipment Efectiveness), Operational Checksheet in the Department.
