Oversee workforce development services for 12+ program sites in NYC, including 150 staff serving over 4,000 youth annually with combined budgets of $10 million. ● Oversee all activities for Department of Education programs that support overage under credited youth. Program goals are attainment of a high school diploma and career readiness, with multiple activities to support these goals● Secure over 1,500 internships, 150 unsubsidized jobs, 50 job shadow opportunities and post-secondary training opportunities annually, surpassing outcome goals and contractual obligations.● Design, develop and oversee delivery of career and work readiness trainings for out-of-school youth and in-school dropout prevention programs● Develop and implement strategies to train corporate partners and staff in mentoring student interns● Maintain and train staff in data system that captures relevant student and organizational milestones and outcome data and provides data for reporting to funders ● Lead the division’s delivery of career readiness training and development, including participant assessment, career planning and employment preparation to all high school and out of school youth● Develop Industry Leader Speakers Bureau to provide students with career requirements and guidance
