My new novel, novel number six is THE SURVIVOR'S GUIDE TO FAMILY HAPPINESS, which will be released by Lake Union Publishers on Oct 25, 2016. It's the story of two sisters who were given up for adoption as infants and join forces to find their birth mother. What they discover along the way is that family has nothing to do with DNA (well, maybe a little) and that love comes from the most unexpected places in the heart. (And because life as one person just isn't interesting enough, this novel is written under my pseudonym, Maddie Dawson.)
