I began my career in 1976 at Chicago Title Company as an Escrow Assistant in the Sacramento region. Throughout my career, I have held a variety of positions in the title and escrow industry: Escrow Officer, Sales Repesentative, Area Manager, Assistant Regional Manager/Sales Manager, Facilities and Project Manager, Business Development Manager, EVP/Operations Manager. Consistently was recognized as a top producing escrow officer and/or sales representative. For the past five years held the position of EVP/Operations Manager of a corporate team who managed a $200+ million company which had offices in California and Nevada. Assisted in obtaining $5,000,000+ sublease revenue stream. Saved company in excess of $3,000,000 from lease renegotiations. Assisted in managing company metrics which led to improved financial performance. Assisted in leading company effort to significantly downsize during collapse of subprime market. My professional experiences included successful team building, bottom line operations management with an expertise in recruiting and retention. My strength as a business woman are the long lasting relationships that are formed.I have very much enjoyed being part of Lennar Title over the past 14 years. I am retired as of May 1st.
