Current• Reformatting 68+ Branches into Project Imagine, phase the projects in a way the bank realises savings. • Contain and Manage Capital Investment Budgets to be underbudget by 10%. • Actively manage & ensure that the BOQ is true reflection of the actual branch build.• Updating overall budget performance and ensuring that the information is reflected accurately. • Do good for all Distribution Suppliers and external Vendors by ensuring budgets are completed within service level agreements• Ensuring engineers costings are approved 3 months before the Beneficial Occupation starts.• Ensuring 90% of Projects Orders are created 1 month before Beneficial Occupation start to ensure that suppliers have sufficient lead times to manufacture or acquire good/services or materials and remaining 10% before project start date.• Ensuring that the mandatory team compliance and acknowledgements are maintained at100%.• Identifying and implement cost reduction efficiencies without compromising on quality of output.• Tracking & reporting on cost savings generated through new initiatives implemented.• Ensuring that the branches being built have energy efficient HVAC systems in order to reduce the electrical bill incurred by the branches.
