Development Team and Systems Support for a rapidly growing Little Kids Rock program of over 225,000 students and 1,750 schools across the country.Main duties include management of donation and donor database of the largest Music Education Non-Profit in the country, including donor acknowledgment, gift tracking, correspondence and documentation, event ticketing and attendance records, compiling mailing lists, executive team reporting, accounting revenue review support, and general support of the Development Department.On-site Salesforce administration, maintenance and end user support including user setup, configuring roles and profiles, customization of of fields, record types, page layouts, objects, workflow automation, reports, dashboards, and data integrity. Provides end user training and troubleshooting assistance across the organization.General technical support of systems integral to the health of the organization through set up, training, administration and support of technical systems such as Google Apps, VoIP phone system, Microsoft Office, and others as needed.Identifying, testing and evaluating new applications and process improvements to enhance Salesforce and system usage by Little Kids Rock staff.Create and update online forms that integrate with Salesforce to support the Little Kids Rock team across the organization.Complete bulk data imports, exports and updates of data.Assists with special projects as needed.
