Furthermore, he was very effective at providing clear and easy to follow instructions for me to follow whenever a new action or document submission was needed on my part.
Lastly, he’s just generally a great guy to work with. It comes across very quickly that he is genuinely invested in doing right by his clients. From pre-approval to closing, he was able to make the process a positive experience, even when things got stressful. In 5 years or so when it’s time to move again, Max will definitely be the first person I call to line up financing.
