Full responsibility of the business activity of the bank, leadership of 80 colleagues in 5 directorates:- Corporate Credit Directorate: Management of HUF 550 bn corporate loan portfolio.- Product Development Directorate: Management of the current portfolio, development of new products (EU related Products, MFB NHP Loan for farmers supporting their land purchase activity)- Sales Directorate:Succesful implementation of new Sales Network (442 MFB sales points) in cooperation with banking partners for the distribution of HUF 700 billion refundable EU funds. Distribution of MFB NHP Loan in the amount of HUF 100 billion to farmers.- Funding and Treasury Directorate: Extensive presence on the international and domestic Capital Markets (MFB bonds EUR 300 million and HUF 200 billion), syndicated loan with 10 institutions in the amount of HUF 150 billion, bilateral cooperations with international financial institutions (EIB,CEB) - Marketing Directorate: Introduction of MFB Points brand

Responsible for the loan portfolio and product development.

Head of sales team responsible for SME and Large corporate clients (IT, electronics, automotive, media-marketing, health care, financial institutions, non-profit sector, food & beverage, agriculture)

Head of sales in the region (retail, wholesale, launch new branch office in Siófok)

Head of corporate sales in the branch network. (Cooperation with the branch directors countryside, act on behalf of the regions in the decision making bodies /Board of Directors ,Credit Committee/, head of SME business in Budapest branch network)

Head of SME sales (set up new business unit responsible for 6 thousand SME clients, focus on increasing fee revenues)

Head of corporate sales unit (built up corporate portfolio in pharmaceutical industry)
