• Coordinating the work of international (Hungarian, Ukrainian, Malaysian) Purchasing Team (8 on-site + 3 remote buyer), assisting in their professional and personal development - initiating promotions if needed, monitoring workload, holding regular F2F meetings, evaluating performance by objectives. The function of Team is taking part of MP (mass production), NPI (New Product Implementation) and Pricing activities.• Working as a main customer interface of Purchasing area for Thermo Fisher Scientific account, daily meetings, and collaboration with German and American customer locations• Driving order, material shortage and inventory management to reach main KPIs and best results for Business Unit• 2nd level escalation point, active support for higher level claims and complaints, working closely with Functional, Global Supply Chain and Commodity Management• Analyzing Purchasing Price Variances (PPV), Engineering Changes (ECN) Revenue, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Margin data, summarize and claim Financial Impact Analysis (FIA)• Calculating monthly/quarterly closing Inventory & Days in Inventory (DII – main KPI) projection, balancing DOS (Days of Supply), reducing Aged Inventory level• Reporting Excess & Obsolete stock level to customer, considering the production requirement of High Mix/Low Volume type of business• Reporting raw material shortages on a weekly basis, considering charts & diagrams for trends, period categories, top gating items list, commodities and additional details

• Taking part in leading Purchasing Team and driving KPI-s, negotiating terms and conditions that protect the best interest of Jabil and it’s customers• 1st level internal escalation point for Purchasing Team• Summarizing and reporting actual demand figures and asking for material allocation regarding to customer controlled critical components• Reporting site overstock level and value to customer cross-selling team, escalating critical and production gating materials to customer• Analyzing goods in transit (GIT) shipments value on a monthly basis to determine closing inventory level• Approving import freight invoices, pushing back any obligation for payment of shipment against the negotiated Incoterms• Supporting, executing and providing inputs to improve Jabil SCM initiatives and strategies, coordinating high value material transfers between customer and Jabil• Ensuring materials are available through the right channels to support continuous production i.e. Direct Purchases, VMI, etc.• Daily call with customer (shortage - supply operations - production output meetings)• Reporting to Sr. Purchasing Supervisor, working closely with Purchasing Team and Supply Chain Development Manager

• Taking part in prototype projects, implementation of new products• Driving New Product Implementation by planning and organizing materials for new builds and a seamless transition to manufacturing• Harmonizing details regarding to non-recurring engineering (NRE) cost with printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturers• Quoting new and existing materials• Creating and maintaining data in SAP Material Master (MM), Info Record (IR), Source list (SL) and Quote Arrangement (QA).• Ensuring execution of Jabil pricing and terms & conditions agreements for both Jabil-strategic and non-strategic commodities• Securing components for indoor and outdoor products, procurement through vendors, distributors and brokers• Daily contact and meeting with customer• Reporting to Project Manager, working closely with component engineers and production planners to finish projects timely and successfully

• Procuring all components necessary to support mass production. Accomplishing the best possible pricing, lead time agreements, resolution of quality issues, delivery and inventory levels• Executing short/long term material sizing process, securing and supplying materials for the production, ensuring best possible delivery date, keeping the supply chain continuous and the material stock on optimum level• Continuously monitoring and verifying materials pipeline to ensure it meets the requirements. Identifying and appropriately addressing materials related supply issues, daily contact with vendors, complex material and order management, weekly call with critical suppliers• Maintaining integrity of master data and purchasing planning parameters in order to minimize material liability and to balance the cost of procurement with inventory investment levels• Supporting multiple Business Units: Ericsson (telecommunication), Siemens, SMA (industrial), Valeo (automotive), reporting to Senior Buyer and Purchasing Supervisor
