BBMP – Citizen Help Desk a task assigned during COVID-19, an Initiative by Government of Karnataka.Key Role:Admission, Grievance & DischargeProvide reception support by responding to enquiries, giving general information, Real-time Tracking of Bed Availability across Zone and updating to war room, assist Patient / Patient Attender in Blocking Bed through war room, generating BU number using SRF ID, Help in checking Saturation level to identify the criticality for the type of bed required, ambulance booking, check the availability of beds in Triage center, Billing issues, oxygen requirement, booking crematorium services, coordinating with Nodal officers, Share information on discharge, to ensure hospitals are following Government protocols, collaborate with people to make resources accessible to those in need etccovid-19, A challenging threat that we are all facing. Covid warriors despite facing their own struggles, have been volunteering and providing extensive support for the communities, Just simply being there for our people during these difficult times.I am extremely happy for giving back to the community and enriching the lives..which gave me a chance to be more Humane, hope this universe gives me more strength and opportunity to be of assistance and care..this is the time humanity needs you..take the responsibility to keep yourselves and others safe..Real courage is doing the right thing when nobody's looking..let's make this world a better place through our act of Extraordinary..Amazing India....Fights Corona Strongly...A Big Salute to our Covid Warriors
