Fieldwork level IIB placement in the neuromuscular unit of a large suburban rehabilitation hospital. Provided 1:1 occupational therapy intervention for patients with neuromuscular disorders including but not limited to MS, Parkinson's Disease, Wilson's Disease, Myasthenia Gravis, and peripheral neuropathy under the supervision of a clinical instructor. Completed evaluations, progress notes, and discharge notes on Epic. Participated in multidisciplinary meetings updating the medical staff on goals, progress, and recommendations for discharge.
