- Supporting the identification and definition of critical data elements, including tracing data lineage and ownership, assessing data quality controls, and documenting the outcomes in the enterprise data management tool. - Managing and uplifting existing business glossaries, data dictionaries and lineage, including capturing changes as initiatives modify data flows and controls, keeping the data management repository in line with actual business data movements.- Enhancing documentation, processes and templates to facilitate embedding effective data management activities across the Group.- Assisting in providing data management subject matter expertise to projects and other change initiatives, ensuring impacted data is managed and governance activities are in line with enterprise data management guidelines.- Identifying root cause of data quality (DQ) issues and problems in DQ issue logging tool - Creating and publishing data quality indicators (DQIs).

- Developing Data Quality Framework for Clinical Manufacturing & Supply (CM&S), defining and managing the reporting on performance of data governance processes, standards, quality and compliance.- Creating Data Standards, including Master data, Reference data and Metadata for CM&S, in conjunction with research and development (R&D) and operations where appropriate.- Leading the development of conceptual models, business glossary and ontologies across multiple stakeholder interests.- Building the Data Quality strategy and Data Quality metrics for CM&S- Defining effective procedures to ensure that each data asset is governed throughout its lifetime- Working with senior Data Owners and stakeholders, to maintain alignment to data quality and governance strategy.- Contributing to Definition and execution of mission, vision, strategy, goals, roadmap and metrics for CM&S in terms of Data.- Leading change and improvement initiatives for data literacy, culture and compliance, including devising the approach for communication, training and support
