-Reviewing processes including internal and external audits; -Providing effective team leadership and managing the work and resources of a team of Business Coordinators to ensure that high quality and timely administrative support is offered across the organisation;-Supporting the development of Healthwatch England annual budget and the ongoing monthly monitoring of expenditure;-Liaising with CQC and contractors to ensure effective IT support;-Acting as the main point of contact for procurement and liaising with CQC and Department of Health procurement specialists; -Developing and maintaining all HR records for Healthwatch England and providing lead administrative support for recruitment, induction, appraisal and objective setting processes;-Developing and delivering training on operational processes for Healthwatch England staff including Information Governance;-Overseeing the management of travel, room bookings and other logistical support from across the team of Business Coordinators

•Servicing committees, management of meetings and disciplinary hearings•Designing and implementing a new IT shared drive filing structure for Directorate.•Managing HR processes for the department •Producing PowerPoint presentations •Building partnerships and relationships with internal and external contacts•Managing operations for the department including office moves and providing training on new software •Processing financial documentation•Operating and maintaining management information systems including SAP HCM. •Providing IT training to staff on various applications, as well as acting as a champion user for new programmes introduced to the council•Organising departmental and council events such as VIP tours around the borough
