Assist Harvard Dental Center (HDC) compromised of two types of Dental practices Faculty and Teaching. Supporting all specs of dentistry in several areas. General Dentistry, Radiology, Restorative Dentistry, Implant Dentistry, Endodontics, Periodontics, Prosthetics, Oral surgery, Orthodontist and IV Sedation.

Answering telephones for both faculty group and teaching practices, providing information about Harvard Dental Center services, responsible for all Portuguese and Spanish inquiry calls, schedule appointments, daily telephone triage duties, compose timely emails to faculty and student providers Participating in two pilots: Front Desk & Dental Assistant.

Assist all doctors with restoratives, crown & bridge, Implant procedures, and impressions. Make bleaching trays, Take digital x-rays. Ensure proper sterilization of a variety of dental equipment. Provide translation services as required. Conduct inventory management, update Safety Date Sheet.
