Oversee the overall management of a medium size health center. Provide a moderate amount of time, dedicated to patient care and/or technical expertise as needed. Monitor all daily operational processes for Medical Leaders and providers. Compile input for the performance appraisal process for all staff members. Manage staff typically composed of LVN's, ARNP, administrative and technical staff (staff may be exempt or nonexempt); Responsible for following appropriate processes for staff management including talent acquisition, staff development, and performance management. Responsible for interviewing, training and ensuring the successful orientation and onboarding of new colleagues. Manage daily operations, workflow, work schedules, timecard monitoring etc. to ensure efficient and effective Health Center performance. Identify process improvement opportunities and present resolutions and recommendations to the Director of Client Operations. Make recommendations regarding staffing model based on objective scheduling & volume analysis. Understands and complies with all regulatory, procedural, policy and licensing requirements. Provide feedback to staff on a regular basis. Manages internal budget, reviews expenses, purchases supplies, inventories equipment, medication etc. where appropriate. Assists in the identification and scheduling of local per diem or locums. Works collaboratively with the Medical Leader at the site to manage internal site issues. Communicates regularly with staff, conducts meetings and keeps staff informed. May interact with client representatives as required.

Cardiac Care Unit/ Senior ICU Registered NurseCoronary Care Unit RN with Charge Duties Provide care to patients with cardiac dysfunction who are hemodynamically unstable and require complex monitoring of multiple systems and/or nursing interventions every hour.Provide continuous cardiac monitoring, arrhythmia recognition and intervention.Initiate and titrate multiple, complex cardiac related infusions at higher doses.Manage intubated/mechanically ventilated patients.Care of patients with myocardial infarction, acute decompensated heart failure/cardiomyopathy, pre and post open heart surgery, cardiogenic shock, unstable dysrhythmias and multisystem organ failure.Manage patients with multiple vasoactive drugs, pulmonary artery catheters, intra-aortic balloon pumps, transcutaneous and transvenous pacemakers.
