This included organizing stand furniture, shipping of equipment to and from Malta to Spain and back, setcom press packs, give a ways, competitions, appointments, resolve problems relating Fira Stand, host stand visitor with food and drinks and flyers• Assisted our German office with the Global Certification Forum – GCF Dec 2005 hosted by setcom Germany. Greeted delegates at hotel, directed them to meeting venue, conducted the registration for both meetings over four days and assisted with clerical duties for delegates as required at the hotel meeting venue. Attended social event hosted by setcom in Munich city.• Organised from every aspect the Global Certification Forum hosted once again by setcom in Malta, which consisted of 5 days. 5 page invitation, organised meetings at Interconti along with Studio 7, deal and contract with Interconti for hotel accommodation for the 90 delegates, a one day tour of Malta, registration, gifts, general information etc.Significant achievement‘Total empowerment’ is the management's approach to setcom employees, which gives my superiors and myself great satisfaction when goals are met..

These consisted of midsummer family bbq, Christmas party and Xmas gift to all employees, other employee related integration activities.• In charge of sick and injury leave. Implemented procedures, forms, improved and obtained accurate statistics and mainly to bring down extremely high average sick days statistics. Significant achievement: This position proved to be the most challenging and rewarding for me. It was the first time my duties were not purely repetitive administrative duties, but was problematic or new projects. I achieved very successfully; selling, implementing and impressive co operation of both management and factory workers
