Working within the young people Pathways team in Camden and preventing young people from being threatened with homelessness. The aim is to ensure young people are reintegrated back into the family home by ensuring that a mediation process takes place. I also provide a restorative approach when working with young people living in supported accommodation also in Camden and exploring the need for conflict resolution.working alongside social services, schools, police, substance misuse, anti social behaviour teams plus more. This is a voluntary service which is has to be agreed between both parties not just families but possibly other resident disputes and engage in a mediation process process for a better solution.

This position consisted of managing the Resettlement function with a busy London Local prison in South East London. My duties include being responsible for the Co ordination and process of accommodation for released vulnerable offenders, but also providing a TTG (Through the Gate) service to complex and under supported Adult offenders. I have also lined managed a community case manager, and community volunteers.

Working in collaboration with the Redbridge YOT and monitoring PBR with outcomes for young offenders.
