Schedule travel to include airline reservations, hotel accommodations, and transportation. Provide a travel folder with a detailed itinerary. Develop and maintain key communicator contacts.Maintain the Superintendent and Communications department's account balances. Initiate purchase orders and process all invoices promptly.Build relationships with area businesses and caterers for event planning. Coordinate the district events including venue location, catering, preparation of materials, and other needs to ensure a successful event.Work closely with administrators and faculty in collecting, organizing, and finalizing the Board of Education board report twice a month. Act as District Administrator of BoardDocs in processing Board agendas. Notify the media per the Sunshine Law of board meetings. Modify board policies.
