TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Personalized service of first consultations and global analysis of the patient's profile;- Perform Mouth Examination of dental X-rays (orthopantomography) and forward personally to the respective doctor to obtain technical feedback;- Communicate and clarify the patient about the results of Orthopantomography;- Monitoring the patient with the doctor designated for an integrated examination: record all the doctor's indications in terms of the patient's… Show more TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Personalized service of first consultations and global analysis of the patient's profile;- Perform Mouth Examination of dental X-rays (orthopantomography) and forward personally to the respective doctor to obtain technical feedback;- Communicate and clarify the patient about the results of Orthopantomography;- Monitoring the patient with the doctor designated for an integrated examination: record all the doctor's indications in terms of the patient's diagnosis for further elaboration of a personalized treatment plan;- Inform and provide all clarifications to the patient about the personalized treatment plan according to the diagnosed needs;- Implement the treatment plan for the patient or, alternatively, follow-up, in the short term, of the potential patient;- Plan bench actions, marketing actions, protocols, among others;- Ensure the commercial report or “follow-ups” in the system and update it daily;- Manage the cash fund, schedules, scales and other administrative tasks that concern the entire clinical staff;- Manage and validate the entire stock;- Participate and report results in monthly team meetings;- Make month closing until the 2nd business day of the following month;- Prepare a commission map by the 1st working day of the following month;- Manage and respond to complaints;- Ensure all meetings for the purpose of treatment with the respective patients;- Define, implement and calibrate team motivation strategies; comply with and ensure compliance with the commercial protocol team;- Organize, report and supervise all human resources information;- Celebrate all protocols and partnerships with local entities;- Supervise and organize cleaning, disinfection / asepsis and good functioning of all spaces in the clinic.
