• Working on end-to-end recruitment projects (various levels of Software Engineers: Java, .NET, C#, C++, Python, C# Angular, React, React Native, Ruby, Swift, Android, iOS, Analysts, Architects, Manual/ Automation Testers, DevOps, Administrators, SAP Consultants, PMs, POs, SMs).• Identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various channels (direct search, job boards, company site).• Conducting initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' skills, expectations and experience.• Maintaining and updating the recruitment database with candidate information and progress.• Keeping candidates up to date with the recruitment processes. • Contact with customers.• Business Development.

• Independent as well as in the team conducting the recruitment projects (end-to-end) for IT positions (various levels of Software Engineers, QAs, Business Analysts, DevOps Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers).• Building positive relationships with managers and supporting them in the process of hiring new employees.• Defining recruitment needs and creating a candidate's profile.• Developing and posting job advertisements.• Active sourcing.• Screening candidates' resumes and conducting interviews.• Coordination of recruitment activities using ATS (Workday).• Conducting employer branding activities.• Cooperation with universities, participation in job fairs and events related to the IT and logistics industry.• Preparation of reports and recommendations.• Monitoring and analyzing the market for recruitment purposes. • Cooperation with various HR departments for the excellence of onboarding new hires.
