Processing and control for Syndicate Deal Related Expenses (DRE) and cross border DREs, inclusive of MIS reporting for the GRS (Global Risk Syndicate) desk globally.  DRE processing includes:1. Sourcing and updating deal/ project codes, 2. Tracking and documenting expected DREs, 3. Analyzing payee (Issuer, DB, Joint Leads) & DRE reserves, 4. Approval of vendor invoices (following reference to expected DREs & reserves), 5. Reimbursement invoice control 6. Accounting and analysis of DRE’s ( Expected vs. Reserves vs. Actual)7. Posting month end accruals  DRE MIS - production of monthly reporting including i) analysis of estimated vs. reserves vs. actual ii) DREs with/without a project code iii) DREs not posted on reimbursement invoices iv) aging of reimbursement invoices v) pursuing vendor invoices not submitted. Process will involve dealing with Marketers, Business Management, Traders, Invoicing Team, Transaction Management Group, Operations, Finance and Legal globally. Liaison to all CTB activity including DB Syndicate (2010 replacement of dbRaven FO P&L system & dbBonds FO book building system) - assistance in documenting business requirements, testing & rollout of DRE
