I opened an IT startup with a programming expert in 2012. We built several mobile applications, softwares and websites mainly for startups and local administrations. We also launched some in-house products, such as a CMS for medical professionals or an app designed for city councils. During those 3 years, I was in charge of everything related to graphic design, from rebranding a website to taking care of ergonomics for a mobile app, or developing our own communication materials.

Assima Plc (www.assima.net) is an international e-Learning software publisher. My tasks:• Technical Consulting and ManagementI started as technical consultant producing e-Learning materials using the Assima softwares on projects such as: ~ Unilever Italy, Roma (2 months): Successfully implemented a multilingual e-Learning project for an SAP application.I have then been given more responsibilities with a technical lead role on long-term projects: ~ Xerox UK, Middlesex (5 months): Managed a team of 10 people to produce lessons for a large SAP project (20,000 end users in 8 countries). I was responsible for the technical solutions used for this project. ~ KPMG UK, Hertfordshire (6 months): Successfully managed a team of 3 people to deliver e-Learning content for an SAP project (12,000 end users). I was responsible for the output quality and meeting the project deadlines.• Support 1st line support for clients and product testing (¼th of my time).• Training Wrote training materials and delivered classroom trainings.

• Developed E-Learning Modules for clients such as ISS, Boston Scientific, La Banque Postale and Orléans’ hospital• Created Portals and Learning Management Systems to broadcast Modules to more than 10.000 end-users• Responsible for handling clients’ problems and needs at each step of the project• Along with the Marketing Team, improved ergonomic and design guidelines for Assima’s products and brochures• Managed implementation of the Intranet website and kept the Internet website up-to-date

• Produced a 15 min documentary from writing to shooting and editing, to send it to Sopra Group’s clients• Successfully dealt with a £950 budget and managed to finish the project within very short deadlines

• Rebuilt a true medieval village in team with actors such as archaeologists and public administration• Modelled and animated 50 buildings, objects and characters with 3DS Max• Created textures from real photographs of materials found in the village or taken in Medieval villages’ re-enactment and museums• Took part in the programming of the C++ software to navigate through the virtual village• Presented the project as part of a national exhibition: the 2006 Heritage Day (“Journées du Patrimoine”) in front of representatives of the cultural world

• Introduced the concept of internal seminars focused on a specific job within the Museum, so that all employees could get a clear picture of how it really works • Proposed the project with Financial estimates to the Museum Management Board• Established the theme and content of further sessions, as well as handling the logistic for more than 1800 employees• Organised 2 seminars on the way to create a scientific exhibition and on stuffers• The Museum decided to keep organising these events
