Lead the design team at Marillac for restructuring the organization to reflect client centered, trauma-informed care. Started by supervising therapist and quickly moved to supervising all clinical services, including residential treatment programming and intake and admissions.

New Hope Heartland ($3M residential adolescent psychiatric treatment center), 2008 to 2011. Recruited to launch center and hire/manage 80 staff. Directed daily operations, performance improvement, quality assurance and served as liaison to state agencies. Ensured regulatory compliance. Oversaw $3M budget.Launched residential facility. New Hope was opening a new treatment facility in KS. Recruited to serve as director. Was licensed and admitted first client within a month. Developed programming/staff and managed expenses. Exceeded projections/revenues by $20K in 90 days and went from zero to 15 residents within 180 days.Assisted nonprofit in landing key grant. “Community in Schools” organization was looking to partner with Prairie View to bring psychiatric services to local schools. Worked with director, providing researched-based evidence for use of the grant. Wrote letters outlining need for the services. Awarded $26K grant for the following year.Boosted regulatory compliance by 30%. In its first year of operation, New Hope Heartland was struggling with 60% compliance. Tasked all clinical personnel with peer reviews of every chart and directed supervisors to bring compliance up to 80%. Achieved 90%+ compliance within three months.;

Resurrected dying treatment facility, tripling client level. Approached by Prairie View’s executive leadership to take over the declining residential treatment program due to be closed. Developed/implemented new program model, and restructured/trained staff. Tripled client level from eight to 26, increasing revenue $1M in six months. Enhanced awareness of facility to state, quadrupling referrals. New Hope struggled with declining bed referrals from the state. Recruited to serve on advisory committee, which reviewed/re-defined use of psychiatric residential treatment facilities and increased awareness to legislators. Quadrupled bed referrals from 18 to 80 in three months.$15M residential mental health center), 2002 to 2007. Hired to manage daily operations of residential treatment. Served as clinical director of special purpose school, outpatient therapist. Facilitated Adventure Course for groups from Cox, Cessna and McConnell AFB. Managed 30 staff & $3.5M budget.
