With over 10 years of work experience in the field of optical profilers, I am a passionate and driven product line manager at Bruker, a global leader in scientific instrumentation and solutions. I am motivated by the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team of experts, and to contribute to the growth and success of Bruker and its customers.In my current role as product line manager, I am responsible for the benchtop and standalone optical profilers product line, which includes defining the product strategy, roadmap, and specifications, as well as overseeing the product lifecycle, marketing, and sales support. I also manage interdisciplinary customized projects, where I act as the interface between customers, customized developers, R&D, and sales teams. Previously, I was the head of customer care at Bruker Alicona, where I developed and led a global team of applications, support, and service specialists, and ensured the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong skills in communication, problem-solving, leadership, and innovation.
