Accurate record keeping required to maintain SLA and provide bespoke monthly KPI reports for individual clients and internal reports.

Responsible for the day to day running of a busy restaurant. The role consisted of a range of responsibilities, one key element included excellent people management skills with supervision, training and supporting a team consisting of a wide age range and providing a high standard of customer service to the general public.Time management, diary management and ability to prioritise workload were a vital aspect to the smooth and efficient running of the company, whistle logistical thinking proved essential to resolve unforeseen problems.Financial duties were undertaken on a regular basis thus requiring accuracy due to cash reconciliation, processing payments, banking duties and calculating gross pay. Collating and interpreting financial figures was also required to produce confidential weekly financial reports to the owners of the business.My ability of managing the business effectively enabled the owners to take a less hand on approach, thus enabling them to pursue accolade recognition resulting in the company receiving the top award in the industry (BII Licensee of the Year) in February 2009 and The Publican Customer Service Pub of the Year the following year.My project management skills at The Sun in the Wood enabled me to maximise capacity during the company’s busiest trading period, resulting in increased sales and profit by managing overheads.
