Provide training for LTC and Medical Offices and ensure all course requirements are met & are compliant with TWC and ACCSC mandated curriculum hours. Ensure all students are trained at their level of learning while progressing them to higher learning, adapting them physically, emotionally & educationally to thrive in the workforce and provide exceptional hands-on readiness for various diseases/disorders while remembering that ultimately they are treating patients as a whole person. Oversee instruction provided by other quality educators to ensure students receive the highest possible level of education available. Provide further oversight and training to ensure instructors receive updated CEU's and training with respect to current technology and advancing along with the practitioners we serve. Update Syllabus, curriculum, and presentation modes to ensure students feel properly prepared for their transition into externship and then the workforce easily. Provide tutoring and remediation as needed to students in MA, MOS and NA programs. Participate in PAC meetings to elicit community support and advisement of our programs to ensure students are adequately prepared before transitioning into the work place. Oversee all aspects of education, student services, and follow-up with students beyond graduation to ensure they are working in the healthcare field and/or continuing their education.
