I use to suffer terrible back and sciatic pain. I discovered Pilates and it has allowed me to be pain free and do all the activities I love. I have been studying classical Pilates, in the Romana’s style, for over 25 years. It so changed my life that I decided to become a Pilates instructor so I could help others to live pain free lives. I customize sessions to each student's individual needs and goals. My studio is fully equipped with Gratz apparatus. (Gratz is the gold standard for apparatus and was personally designed by Joseph Pilates.)
