I proactively work with Fonterra PMO and Service Owners on any Project that requires significant HP engagement to ensure the successful outcome for Fonterra and HP in a Governance capacity. This is a customer centric role, with a significant amount of time spent on site with Fonterra. The role includes the transition, or change management required to bring any solution or solution change into the BAU run state. As well as having the customer facing responsibility, I reported into the Account team inside HP around project and portfolio success metrics. I worked very closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. I have worked ontransition in and out programmes that have had significant organizational change implications to HP.

Customer services were the key owner and stakeholder for several IS initiatives across Transport scheduling, real time information , and multi-modal ticketing. As the programme manager my role was to act in a governance capacity and understand the key interdependencies across these projects. This role included negotiations with suppliers, making sure all risks and issues where tracked across the initiatives and managing the stakeholder communications.

Professional Services Practice Manager for NZ Data-warehouse business, managing business and technical consultants on local and international assignments. Heavily involved in the Project presales and start-up, from proposal, contract and eventually mobilisation. My role also included the P&L management of the NZ consultancy business, as well as active engagement at a Governance level across any project or assignment of Teradata consultants, interfacing with Customer management and key stakeholder as required. Active engagement in a support role with the Teradata Sales and Account management, and delivery partners team was a key requirement for success for this role.For a six month period I also managed the Sydney practice of over 50 consultants.

Commenced as a Project Manager to Transition in the Trust Bank New Zealand contract. Set up an implementation office for customer services for deployment delivery services.Moved into Retail Services as a Project Manager delivering on a number of significant projects.

Came for the IT support field at Trust Bank New Zealand to work on a project to assess the feasibility of centralised IT support/Help desk services and outsourcing of HW/SW and services for IT.Then Project managed the process from definition through to contract and handover of the outsourcing of HW, SW and IT support to 3rd party.
