I am an experienced Insurance Manager and Risk and Compliance Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry working with insurance brokers, captives, insurance companies and PCCs. I hold a strong knowledge of non-life insurance business, corporate governance, compliance and risk management. I hold an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute , a Diploma in financial services compliance and supervision and recently I completed an MBA with Henley Business School. I am currently a compliance officer with a number of companies since I offer temporary and part time solutions to insurance companies, insurance brokers, managers and agents requiring support in risk management, compliance, regulatory gap analysis, ad hoc audits and any other internal projects such as cell applications, product development and preperation of new applications with the MFSA. www.konforma.com.mt
