 Handling customer inquiries both Phone and by email. Establishing policies by entering client information; confirming prices of available packages. Managing and resolving customer complaints. Getting updated on job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities. Identifying and escalating priority issues to Tech support. Following up customer calls where necessary. Informing clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information. Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures.

 Takes initiative in customer satisfaction via efficient reporting and flow of information to clients. Forging new relations with clients by managing their accounts. Selling company’s product packages via phones and emails. Handling new advertisers by explaining what we do at Jobberman. Responding to clients queries by providing the needed information.

 Liaise closely with field Coordinators to ensure that field reports are received on time and recommend actions to be taken. Submit weekly update on competitor products and activities. Report on all market place intelligence and trends, including actions of any competitor and possible counter measures. Assist with the distribution and documentation of POCMs. Weekly distributor stock sheet update.
