• Run and approve projects from concept through completion in-line with the set strategy in order to ensure creativity and high satisfaction from the client and issue and present monthly production report and propose action plan to ensure projects are always in high quality and in-line with latest trends and technologies• Manage, train and supervise assigned content, creative and technology team members & oversee execution of all production efforts to ensure projects are in-line with the set strategy, on budget, and on schedule• Work with business development, content, creative and technology team to develop concepts and solutions that visually represents the clients profile, products and brands in a creative and optimized manner • Forecast, plan and deliver on key operational metrics, including monthly analytics and campaign KPIs and identify opportunities to solve problems and communicate key performance trends • Build intranet solutions, workflows & other process managements tools using latest SharePoint and other technology in order to preserve internal information for clients on marketing and sales tools and customize CRM and other solutions depending on the client’s needs• Develop optimized web, mobile, tablet and social media solutions and apps in-line with clients’ requirements and using latest programming languages and other new technologies and test the quality of technical deliverables to ensure that all developed tools, solutions and materials are fully functional and professionally displayed• Research competitor and other industry trends in order to introduce and implement new ideas and technologies and keep up with industry trends• Coordinate on technical matters with Microsoft and other 3rd parties to ensure deliverables meet required standards for performance, quality and navigation
