The primary responsibility of my role is to support the work undertaken by the Global Advocacy & Influencing Group in the UK and overseas by maintaining the budgeting, reporting and forecasting processes for this group. I am responsible for identifying key variances, obtaining and assessing the quality of variance explanations provided by the relevant budget holders, and ensuring financial capacity is appropriate for the task by providing training and support to budget holders. I act as the first point of call for finance related queries to supported teams and lease with other teams as necessary. I undertake monthly assurance routines by reviewing and reconciling key figures, making sure that they are in line with accounting procedures and policies. I support the process of monthly development of accurate and reliable management reports and lead on specific delegated tasks within the group.

Responsible for the following:Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.Checking staff expenses to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.Reconciling staff credit card payments. Monitoring and maintain computerized database for staff credit card.Managing international petty cash transactions. In agreement with the line manager, establish and maintain filing systems as appropriate.Perform general clerical administration support including mail-outs, photocopying and filing.Support other internal group in case of general financial enquiries.

Managing, planning, scheduling and controlling a software build through different stages and environments, including testing and deploying software quarterly releases.

Regression, Test Running and Script/Test writing, Product Definition and Business Analyst.
