Launched FP&A function and roll out of ERP (Netsuite) to enable KPI reporting, multiyear modeling and forecasting of SaaS revenue and EBITDA. Led preemptive Quality of Earnings engagement and due diligence activities in preparation for sale of portfolio.

ROLE: Responsible for forming a strategy and operating plan to achieve a 67% growth goal during a period of significant shift in product offerings, sales strategy and leadership. Introduced accountability to plans through implementation of operational reporting. Professionalized the finance organization to support future growth and to mitigate tax and regulatory compliance risks.

INDUSTRY: Digital Advertising and MediaCOMPANY: $25M group of corporate venture backed digital sport networks focused on creating television quality sports content and digital ad inventory for web/mobile and social media based platforms. ROLE: Senior financial executive responsible for the early stage finance operations and restructuring strategy that allowed the company to remain viable and relevant to investors.
