I bring 20 years of professional experience, largely through commercially focussed local government entities. In addition to finance and leadership, much of my experience has had a significant organisational change management and interaction with senior stakeholders of the organisation. I have been instrumental in developing and implementing strategic initiatives and translating them to tangible operational outcomes. Managing diverse and often dispersed teams, I enjoy leading groups to collaborate towards achieving successful results. I am passionate about re-invigorating organisational and team purpose and articulating this through strategic roadmaps and action plans, whilst being clear about the value-add outcomes. Professional and personal development remains an ongoing commitment for me, and I purposefully act with a growth mindset, with the intent to pay this forward however I can.
