I began my Secretarial/Admin career with Lee Beesley Electrical Contractors in Coventry, from there I progressed to Monsell Youell Homes and worked for the Sales & Marketing Director. Having moved back to Kenilworth I worked for Midland Oak Construction in Kenilworth for 10 years. An excellent company who sadly closed in the first construction recession. From there I was lucky to get a job with Ove Arup & Partners a leading global Consulting Engineers based in Coventry and Solihull and worked there for a further 15 years. For the last 6 years I have joined the National Federation of Young Farmers' Clubs working with the Chief Office and Development team assisting the National Office in the Governance, Programming and develoment of the largest Rural Youth Organisation in England & Wales with some 24,000 members between the ages of 10 - 26. Young Farmers offers their membership so many opportunities to enhance their skill base, travel the world on exciting projects and most of all have lots fun.
