I achieved in all areas and during restructure I was successful in securing my position to move to an LCEO. People Management. Overall responsbility for 5 Branch Managers and 64 branch staff. Coaching and Training. I was responsible for ensuring that my Branch Managers were compliant and up to date with all required training. I was also responsible for ensuring that this was cascaded down through the branches.
