Held multiple roles leading Sotheby’s internal creative team in delivering a consistent, sophisticated brand aesthetic for the global luxury brand. Lead the ideation, production, and design of branded assets and campaigns spanning digital, print, packaging, exhibition design, advertising, presentations, catalogues, and identities. Oversaw a team of internal and freelance staff (designers, art directors, creative agencies) in delivering impactful campaigns supporting more than 200 annual sales across 50 collecting categories, ranging from antiques to classic and modern art, jewelry, furniture, and wine.Guided creative and marketing departments through multiple internal transitions to broaden the brand’s accessibility, enhance positioning within the luxury space, and maintain quality and consistency of work. Expanded integrated, digital, and experiential design capabilities by appointing creative directors to oversee key public and private exhibitions and strategic brand partnerships. Designed the creative review process and served as one of the primary contacts for managing departmental budgets and agency relationships.Led creative development on visual identities for Sotheby’s differentiated brand platforms, including Sotheby’s Diamonds, Sotheby’s Wine, Sotheby’s Financial Services, Sotheby’s Museum Networks, and Sotheby’s Preferred VIP Program. In charge of the art direction and design of a number of noteworthy consignments including: "Fabergé: Treasures of Imperial Russia" (350-page coffee table book); "Mouton Rothschild: Paintings for the Labels" (commissioned book for Baroness Philippine de Rothschild); and many auction catalogues including "Kennedy Family Homes"; "Photographs from the Metropolitan Museum of Art"; "Mark Rothko White Center from the Collection of David and Peggy Rockefeller"; "The Collection of Gianni Versace: New York"; "Property from the Estate of Richard Avedon"; and "Mies van der Rohe’s Farnsworth House".
