London Trading Complex is the BP commercial front to global traded commodity and financial markets with established capability in trading and supply management with third party assets as well as our own. The trading activities for Oil, Gas and Power contribute $1.5b RCOP to the group and show sustainable continuous growth year on year. Internal Control within the Finance function ensures that an effective system of financial controls is embedded across the organisation. Main responsibilities of this role:o Lead a highly professional team of Certified Accountants to meet the groups Internal Control requirements o Achievement of SOX Compliance through BP Management Assessment Framework founded with principles from the COSO, Turnbull Report and COBIT Frameworko Managing the quarterly Due Diligence process on behalf of the London Trading Complex CFO o Driving the Internal Control agenda by reviewing the end to end trading process and by embedding control throughout the organisationo Leading and supporting of different London Trading Complex projects such as Transfer Price review throughout Europe, End User Computing, simplification and standardisation of financial processes across different Business Unitso Leading the Management of Change process for the relevant SOX process throughout BP’s reorganisation processo Develop and lead development and training programs for other London Trading Complex departments

Responsible for the Financial tasks of the Commercial Fuels and Commercial Optimisation Business Units which operate in 11 countries throughout Europe and to give assurance that the BU’s transactions and results are recorded, reported and forecasted with integrity, transparency and in a timely manner. The key dimensions of the business are an integrated RCOP of $130m and an average Capital Employed of $ 400m. Main responsibilities of this role:o Consolidate and review of all financial results for two Business Unit operating in 11 European countrieso Establish, maintain and monitor the management and financial reporting process and provide accurate information to all relevant parties which includes the reporting to the Strategic Performance Unito Manage the Group Financial Outlook process, consisting of meeting all deadlines, reporting of actual and forecasts including associated variance analysis, and ensuring that the BU Forecasts have integrityo Provide robust Management Information processes to support delivery of business performance. Prepare and present the monthly MI packages to the Commercial Fuels/ Commercial Optimisation leadership teamo Act as expert to the stakeholders for all controlling and accounting questions and mange the interface with Intergraded Supply and Trading and other Functions and Services such as IT, HR, etc.o Drive the process to improve an effective and efficient System of Financial Controls including understanding and monitoring all financial control related riskso Monitor the application of accounting and financial standards (BP Accounting Policies/ IFRS) and provide guidance to Management and Country Controllers o Support and lead of different group projects such us Group Financial Infrastructure (GFI), Forecast Accelerator, Process Fitness

Leading the Accounting team for BP (Switzerland) and coordination with the external service provider IBM in Rotterdam. BP (Switzerland) contributes an annual turnover of approximately CHF 2.2b and a RCOP of CHF 30.6m to the BP Groupo Leading and managing the Financial Accounting department incl. cash management with five direct reports and contractorso Managing the monthly accounting closing process in conjunction with the different Business Unit Controllers including management and monitoring of the work provided by IBMo Ensuring that proper controls are in place, understood and functioning to safeguard BP’s assets and to guarantee the reliability of financial statementso Preparation of the statutory accounts and the annual report for BP Switzerland (Swiss GAAP) including presentation of the result to the board of directors and managemento Preparation and reporting of the group accounts according to BP’s reporting manual and international accounting standards (UK GAAP/ IFRS)o Coordination, overview and support of the external audit, and active management of the relationship with the company’s external auditor E&Y as well as preparation of all supporting documentationo Responsible for BP’s tax submission and dealing with all tax related issues in liaison with PWC’s tax consultants o Lead different accounting projects (balance sheet cleansing, IFRS implementation, Hyperion replacement with SAP/ECCS, Period end close accelerator)

Responsible for all Controlling and Performance Management tasks in Integrated Supply and Trading/ Logistics and the Reseller Business in Switzerland. o Manage and coordinate the monthly, quarterly and year end close including detailed analysis of the results o Responsible for reliable cross Business Unit allocations of transfer pricing, costs and working capital o Manage the financial reporting process of the results (P/L , Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to the local management and to the Group (Germany and UK)o Provide the monthly financial variance analysis and prepare the group financial outlook (GFO)/ Forecast o Preparation and presentation of Management Information (MI) and meaningful Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the local and the Business Unit management o Set up and maintain the system of internal controls including training provided to staff o Coordinate and conduct the processes to formulate the annual budget planning and assured timely delivery o Provide comprehensive financial service to all internal customers and support the management team by developing innovative methods to drive and achieve improvements (secondary fleet outsourcing, terminal strategy, etc.)
