I am a social scientist, recruiter and creative with a passion for people. With a multidisciplinary background in Psychology, Anthropology and Cultural Management, I am trained in understanding and analysing social, cultural and political trends and how they affect the way people communicate and act in society. These skills have been paramount in my success as a Recruiter, which is my current function at AMS. As a Recruiter, I have experience leading end-to-end recruitment processes liaising with both hiring managers and candidates: I act as a trusted advisor, leveraging on market knowledge to set up the most effective sourcing strategies. I take pride in my work and evolving skills, as my main objective both professionally and personally is to build more collaborative communities and create lasting social change at local and international levels.
