In 2004, Sandra joined Neill Corporation, the largest independent distributor of Aveda products, as VP Aveda Sales and Education, Sandra was responsible for marketing, sales, education, and support of the company’s 1,000 Aveda salon and spa clients. In 2008, Sandra moved to become President of Neill Technologies, makers of SalonBiz and SpaBiz software, a global technology leader in the beauty industry.In her work as an Executive Consultant, Sandra has supported business leaders in manufacturing, distribution, retail, beauty, and entertainment industries with development and execution of organizational management, business strategies, and growth.
