Facilitators create a safe and open space for caregivers of people with dementia (or life-limiting conditions) to share their concerns and solutions.

My goal as a consultant is to work in partnership with social service, not-for-profit and community organizations to improve the health and effectiveness of organizations, communities and individuals. My areas of specialty include:- Program development in the areas of advocacy, education, peer-support and volunteer training.- Stakeholder engagement including consumers, health authorities, government and community organizations. This may include one-to-one meetings, facilitating small to large groups and/or public presentations.- Financial management including fundraising strategies, budget projections and monitoring- People development including employees, volunteers, board members and community partners
