I have been fortunate to be a part of the King Ranch team since 1998 and has had an opportunity to work in many roles. In 1999, when King Ranch partnered with Collier Enterprises to form Consolidated Citrus Limited Partnership (CCLP), I was working in the Accounting Department reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer where I had been employed since 1988. This experience gave me a good financial understanding needed to review many aspects of the benefits. In 2005, I requested a transfer to the CCLP Human Resources Department reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources learning all aspects of Human Capital. In 2012, I moved to Houston as the King Ranch, Inc. Wellness Coordinator where I worked closely with the King Ranch Benefits department. In December of 2014 I was promoted to Director of Human Resources for King Ranch, Inc. with direct responsibility for leadership and management of all Human Capital.
