Lead global accounting functions through execution of finance closing processes for FMC across multiple ERP systems.• Provide support to global accounting teams, partnering with business unit Controllership and other Finance functions to ensure compliance with US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley controls. • Lead acquisition related integrations, and consolidation close activities.• Act as a change agent within the global accounting group to communicate, resolve and drive financial standards, accounting updates and leading industry practices. • Global consolidation of Agricultural Solutions business segment, including intercompany eliminations, cross-company transactions and business analytics.• Close working relationships with all levels of management including EVP of Finance and Accounting, Corporate Controller and other executive level management• Lead participant for key corporate initiatives including but not limited to Transfer Pricing, Profit in Inventory automation, and Global Segment Integration and Consolidation.

Accurate and timely presentation of consolidated monthly financial results to executive management.• Execute and monitor submission of domestic and international subsidiaries to BCS (Business Consolidation System). • Assist in managing the month-end close process, consolidations, and reporting. • Perform maintenance of master data in SEM-BCS account and unit changes.• Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow preparation and analysis.• Analyze key accounts and provide valuable graphics, reports and communication to Executive Level Management regarding performance KPI’s across the Company.
