- Quality focal point between Stelia and Airbus in Hamburg- Sub-contractor management (40 people)- Product Quality : inspections, containment, QSR follow-up and recurrence analysis for corrective actions and improvement in production sites- Quality management system: certification audits, special processes assessments, trainings - Quality configuration management: conformity approval (SAP CAIR)- Quality concessions: final quality approval, follow up and MAP challenging

- Customer interface (mainly Emirates), Airbus focal point for aircraft inspections and deliveries- Product quality management between installation site (Airbus FAL HH) and manufacturing sites (France) for Business Class (A380), Economy Class (A320) and Crew Attendance Seats (A320).- Non-conformities analysis (recurrence and liability) and problem solving (8D, QRQC)- Cabin Commitment letter management

- Production planning of 3 assembly factories of electronic and gauging products- Supply Chain management of new products release- Load/Capacity analysis and ressources allocation- Sizing and following of stock level and operational values

- Supply of manufacturing products for French market of shower gels and shaving foam, in daily relation with European factories (France, Germany, Poland, England)- Responsible for control of stock level in warehouses and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)- Forecast client orders variations and risks analysis and root causes for backlogs- Supply Chain management of promotional operations - Following of obsolete and end of life products

- Implementation of a Quality Management System : setting up of quality controls and indicators (raw material, production, final products)- Documents editing and set-up for ISO9001 certification and employees’ training- Implementation of quality tools : 5S, Ishikawa, AMDEC, 8D, providers improvement plan

- Overall improvement in Productivity : working stations distribution, Poka Yoke, implementation of Performance monitoring - Risks analysis and application of health and safety measures- Improvement and programming production Access database
