Deliver improvements in our existing product range and support the successful technical delivery of our NPD. Ensure our standards in product quality are met, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within operations and with our suppliers.Work closely with NPD, Operations, Engineering and Quality to support the development of new projects, this is done through leading production line trials, material testing, delivering packaging updates to internal colleagues and suppliers.Coordinate the resolution to technical challenges in processing and packaging quality, recording and managing non-conformances where necessary.Continually seek improvement opportunities in packaging waste reduction, manufacturability, quality and performance within our existing product range.Assess the suitability of packaging performance under various conditions, problem solving packaging challenges when they arise.   
