Roles and Responsibilities varied within the positions held—initially hired as Nursing Supervisor, promoted to Nursing Manager, and then most recently, Health Services Administrator of 3 prisons, supervising the healthcare of over 2,000 incarcerated individuals. First-line and Second-line supervisor for 54 employees, state auditor for compliance with healthcare standards, created a curriculum to be utilized in trauma-based situations, instructed new staff of 150 people monthly on healthcare practices, and provided quarterly instruction at the International Academy for Corrections to a diverse audience from various countries.
